Droning, ambient soundscapes? Drawn-out lengths? Cinematic atmospheres? That sounds like the beginning of a new genre, and Talk Talk has achieved success in innovating rock norms. "Spirit of Eden" is a beautiful, tranquil and majestic listen that I highly recommend to any post-rock fan.

I have quite a few highly rated 100/100 albums, but the influence of this album goes beyond the borders of 100 - it's one of those albums that reached the sky and dominates over other albums.

Outstanding, unappreciated as it should be an album that activated post-rock.

How would the sound of sheer beauty be?
How could the fulfilling emptiness feel?
How could you face yourself?
Tranquil soundscapes to search for answers.

It's a testament of intimacy and decadence, one that makes evident the time and patience put into this album, and one that yields extraordinary results.
