Like AllMusic’s Erlewine posits in his critique of this disc... "Peace Trail is filled with songs about its precise moment in time, but the performance is so artless it veers toward indifference." My suggestion: Stick to the back catalog where Young actually demonstrated prowess as an artist and musician.
