A classic album that still holds up as catchy and well-written

Probably the only police album that I heard without thinking "haven't they already made this song before?"

I STOOD HERE BEFORE INSIDE THE POURING RAIN
WITH THE WORLD TURNING CIRCLES RUNNING ROUND MY BRAIN
I GUESS I'M ALWAYS HOPING THAT YOU'LL END THIS REIGN
BUT IT'S MY DESTINY TO BE THE KING OF PAIN

Every Breath You Take. The most classic and mainstream song from The Police. This time I agree with "The most listened song being the best song from an artist/ from a band". I have many favorites here, just a little away from being perfect. 9/10

Wow, the first half of this record was BAD. What even happened with Mother? How does stuff like King of Pain and Every Breath You Take even exist on the same record? Yikes.
