In 2013 after the release of “BLACK PLEASURE 2012” Cities Aviv released a EP with a collection of loose demo’s from 2011-2013, though now this EP has been almost entirely wiped from streaming services, and YouTube this is still (in my opinion at least) a very important project in Cities Aviv’s discography. (this is my first attempt at an actual review, please give criticism if you feel it is necessary)
A beautiful formerly lost demo tape where Cities Aviv goes beyond the vaporwave-esque production of Black Pleasure into straight up vaporwave tracks for most of the 16 minute runtime, and it turned out mighty fine in my humble opinion.
I want to talk about 2 tracks in particular, Power Xchange and Body of Work, as they stand out to me the most
