Don’t look at its length and do not judge a book by its thickness – One Wayne G can really surprise you and and show off those sides of Mac DeMarco’s style that you would never have guessed they exist.
Getting through every last track on One Wayne G is a daunting prospect, but those already enamored with DeMarco's weird wonders will want to absorb it all eventually, just maybe not in one sitting.
Yes: I listened to this whole fucking project.
Yes: it's a gimmick beyond anything worth a listen.
Some sort of weird publicity stunt. 19 real tracks, and a bunch of garbage funk, it can be fun but I am NOT going to listen to the whole proper project from 1 to 199.
