I would be hard-pressed to find a darker and moodier record than Puma Blue’s newest record ‘Holy Waters’. This thing is the epitome of a swirling, succumbing darkness.

Not to undermine the lyrical importance, but sometimes music is just a good vibe. This is one of those times.
HOWEVER, If there is a track that deserves more than a blanket statement, It is absolutely Mirage.
I know it's a cardinal sin to make a Radiohead comparison to something that ISN'T Radiohead, but it can't go unnoticed. fr though this thing has perfectly moody production and great introspective lyrics; it's generally pretty slow, which doesn't *always* work in its favor but overall this is easily one of my top r&b albums of the year.
Absolutely amazing, I love the sound and vibe of this whole album. Each song is able to take a similar concept and create something unique with it. Some songs weirdly remind me of swans, the way they slowly build into a fully-fleshed statement.
