Reminiscent of Cane Hill (even with the cover art), VEXED comes through with one of the few Nu Metalcore albums of this year. I was extremely excited seeing the genre tags on RYM, those are like my favorite genres. Alt Metal, Nu Metal, metalcore and Djent? Yes, please. What also gave me hope was the Loochie from Alpha Wolf feature. I mean I was HUGE on Alpha Wolf's last album, so that's an exciting feature.

I've been trying to get into this band a few time but always felt like their songs sounded the same musically and also through the vocal delivery. This album is actually really decent, feels really personal and the vocals are on point, but I don't know if I'll ever get back to it.
