One of the most underrated electronic albums of all time. This album is so unbelievably beautiful I'm shocked its's not more talked about among music fans. The atmosphere for the album is just perfect and all the sounds here blend to make something so unique and special. The tracks with vocals are amazingly sung, the elements of jazz on certain tracks are wonderful and a delight to the ears and every track here is at least great in my opinion. Peak Bonobo, this is so fucking good... It's in there on the perfect mix of electronic music with real instrumentation.
Not only he masterly produced this album as a DJ, he played piano, bass, upright bass, guitars (electric and classical), mandolin, keyboards and xylophone and every single part fits perfectly with the music, it might not be super complex, but everything this man did for this project perfectly fits together. This is some peak background music, background music in good sense.
