Brief Review: Really nice and beautiful set of bedroom indie pop and rock. Zephs cute writing and vocals really bring this album to pretty great heights. Her emotional lyrics also add a nice little backdrop to everything as well. Its not amazing or anything, Zeph clearly has a way aways until she makes something exceptional, but for a debut, pretty damn great!

i'm so happy to see just how astounding zeph's artistic growth has been from her ep. emotionally potent as ever, zeph crafts an 11 song master class on a bedroom indie rock sound. her sultry vocals carry the project and the instrumentation is LEAGUES better than anything she's done in the past. it's just so good. it's direct, honest, but pretty and so perfectly done. "character development" fully lives up to its name: zeph has developed into an amazing artist of her own.
I've been following her for a couple of years and I love seeing how her work evolved from those short little lofi songs to those well written indie rock tracks.
PS: i always found those little songs well written and composed already
