If there was ever an album that exemplifies what soul music is all about, it would be Let’s Stay Together.

Standout Tracks: Let’s Stay Together, So You’re Leaving, How Can You Mend A Broken Heart
Although i do prefer other Al Green records over this. It is still a constiently enjoyable smooth southern soul piece with his most iconic song of all time Let's Stay Together and some more of his underappreciated songs like So You're Leaving and What Is This Feeling to make 34 minutes of romantic passionate soul

Listening to Al Green’s “Let’s Stay Together” reminds me of the warm feeling of waking up early on a Sunday morning and hearing the nice crackle from a vinyl you’re playing in the background.
