She is a good songwriter, and I don't really mind any of the songs here. Problem is that the mixing of this record makes it all sound like a constant, level buzzing after a while. There's really only one song with any kind of, lets say dynamic mastering. So yeah, Soccer Mommy, tons of potential, clearly talented and this is by all means a decent record. She shows tons of room for improvement, especially in ways to differentiate he songs more.
A little forgettable, but this album shines when she combines her simple vocal lines with the soft, lyrical guitar riffs as support. Songs like 'Switzerland' are quite magical and a nice reminder of the many ways that an artist can produce an emotional connection.

There is still a lot of room for growing though!
