This a really solid debut. It's nothing mind-blowing, but it's still a very unique early 90s IDM album. There's some clear techno influences on here and as a result of that some of the songs feel a bit repetitive. When the album works, it's soundscapes are really fun to get lost in. When it doesn't work it can be almost boring.
I especially love songs like Eggshell and 444 for their unique production and odd sound combinations. Others, like the intro for example can be a bit of a slog.

Incunabula is the debut album from the experimental electronic duo Autechre. It's a very promising start to their discography, going over different styles of electronic music. There are ambient moments, IDM bangers, and everything in between. It flows surprisingly well considering how long this album is. My only problem is with the 3rd track, Autriche. The midi horn sounds really cheap, and doesn't fit the song well at all. Every other track is pretty great, so it's not a big deal for me.
Same with LP5 except I took a walk
