This album is one I didn’t find until recently, and honestly might have been higher had I found it sooner. Pile incorporates a lot of sounds (e.g. Bomb the Music Industry, Deer Tick, and Modest Mouse’s Lonesome Crowded West album) into this album, and the vibe seems to change from track to track, never giving you much time to get comfortable.
