Captivating sounds and ideas at first, but sort of looses steam as it moves along, as many concepts seemingly get recycled throughout the tracklist.
I enjoy the interesting way in which instruments seem decoordinated and cacophonous, it certainly is experimental. Also, there are some nice moments of structural evolution within each individual song.
The screaming screaching vocals, which seem really emotionally powerful at first, get really old really fast for me, it comes off as a bit of a one ... read more
