instead of cringey screaming and edm bullshit like on their previous albums, they went for a "if Imagine Dragons actually made rock" sound. Yall know how much I enjoy Imagine Dragons so this is right up my alley

Ditching the dumb angsty post-hardcore of their past three albums, Falling In Reverse expands into new and interesting musical realms on Coming Home.

As you'd come to expect, the fourth album by FIR is caked with space rock and spacey synths to modernize their act. It's not to say it makes for poor instrumentation, but it forces lousy juxtapositions between wailing angst that feels manufactured, and awkward beats that create one of the most uninspiring works of the year.
