And thats coming from someone who doesn't enjoy metal, this has everything that makes a great metal album; the guitars that pummel you into oblivion, those slick melodies and that voice that never fails to enchant listeners

The album that started it all: not only did Black Sabbath's debut self-titled album begin their long and successful career, it spawned a genre of its own. A genre that is now one of my favourites and without question my go-to. Metal.

I would only assume that this album was conceived in nothing but darkness, before Satan fell from heaven. The place where Satan fell down to, one of the most raw, terrifying, and charismatic musical experiences ever created.
