After returning home, the Who wanted to release a live album, so they set up two shows (one in Leeds and one in Hull) with the intention of recording all of that wild, hard-rock energy that was produced in their shows...and thankfully, they made it.

amazing album. the highlight of the show for me was Keith Moon's maniacal drumming, especially on "Young Man Blues" and "a Quick One While He's Away."

favorite tracks: Young Man Blues, Heaven And Hell, Substitute, Summertime Blues, Amazing Journey / Sparks (Medley)

Proof that the Who rocked harder than Zeppelin.
