Mike Patton My Beloved #1:
Fantômas’s debut is extremely fun and over the top and that’s about all.
I don’t know man, this project really blends together and every track sort of has a hard time standing out, since the entire time it really is just Patton being over the top and not much else.
It’s a promising start for sure.

Probably the weirdest project yet so far. A 30 track avant garde metal album of songs that average about a minute per song. My thoughts on this have been extremely mixed.
So my last listen of this album was a roller coaster for how I felt. I started off in my mind with a score between 50-60 from how my past experiences have gone. After breaking up with Faith No More and starting his own independent record label Ipecac Records to put out any number of his own bands and projects, he would form a new band. This band seemed really promising at first. It was named after a cool villain from early to mid 1900’s television, the album cover is a cool retro poster for said villain, I believe.
