My love for this EP is somewhat hard to explain. End Credits is just so emotional, raw, and explosive. Jonathon Ng sounds out of breath while the glitchy production escalates around him. It's far from perfect, but that's also kinda the point, for it's pathetically heartbreaking.

Best lyric: "Cause you can wish away forever. But you'll never find a thing like today"

Best songs: Gravity // End Credits // Wake Up

Lyricism at its bestest here. After this record, I started to pay more attention to the songwriting. I fell in love with music right away after it. It changed me after the first listening. Everybody should listen to this bible. There's no bad nor boring song here. Eden should have more recognition for his incredible and hard work. If anyone somehow read this review, you won't regret it: you'll love both Eden and ... read more

This ep is gorgeous. I love the messy story of this couple falling apart and trying to hold on despite them both clearly thinking it was doomed. There is a lot of detail and subtext to chew on. The production is also amazing. Every song flows so well into each other. I'm a sucker for that. It all feels tight and well paced. The ambient intro is so up my alley and the title track perfectly sets up the theme. Each track is creative in its own way, but Nocturne is my favorite. The splashing synths ... read more
