The duo has grown up and, inspired by the latest, political events, is embracing summer in a more reflective and rather unusual mood.
Always a plesure for our ears. Good techno and electro pop with best lyrics for years about this crazy world we are living... Vince is Synths GOD, Andy with voice in good form.
It's because I am a fan of Erasure that I offer up my critique of their latest, 'World Be Gone.' Frankly, I've given this record several listens and pull it out each time after the simpleton lyrics begin to irritate me. Add to this the fact that the overall application of Clarke's usually stellar electronic coloring is lacking, big time... It has me wondering how the band feels about what it has released.
