[Smiles]... Clearly Pop-rock perfection. Jangling guitars, sweet melodies, lyrical poetry filled with enveloping emotion. The cover "bird" is none other than Tuesday Weld... A 60s starlet of sublime beauty with the girl next door appeal. Quite a fitting choice given the title and the theme of this brilliant record. Emotive, engaging, transcendent, all palpable achievements for the Pop-rock genre, indeed!

I would not want the bird on the cover as my girlfriend. But I think I will give the album a try. I like the sound of it: rambling guitars, tambourines and all.
