Absolutely nobody is safe, whether it's the more expected targets of conservative society, or those who claim to follow what the Kennedys and punk promised but only ended up acting like idiots. For the most part, though, it's a well-deserved smackdown of all the jerks the early '80s produced, set to some fantastic music.

Being a woman in this country is difficult, but do you want to know what's more difficult than that? Being a lesbian woman- being a CONSERVATIVE lesbian woman... With a transGENDER WIFE (she had to spell Transgrandeur for me)
I get no respect from my conservative peers and family, always disrespecting my beautiful wife, sending me death threats in the mail. Not only do I have to deal with liberal propaganda on Instagram, I also have to block punches when I walk into my parents' house? It's ... read more

This sounds like what's going on inside my head, so issa 10/10.

I don't fucking know dude. I'm actually very picky with my 10's, only giving the perfect score to some of my favorite records of all time. But this stupid little thing is one of the most thrilling listening experiences I've had in an incredibly long time. I wasn't expecting too much from it but it blew me the fuck away, I can't deny it.

Lately sometimes I'm becoming a little numb towards music, and at times I'm just not as ... read more

Much of this album is, unfortunately, still extremely relevant in today's social and political climate. Listen to Plastic Surgery Disasters and you will find commentary on the corrupt pharmaceutical industry, the deteriorating environment, rich assholes, and whatever else makes people depressed. Not sure if the Dead Kennedys were ahead of their time or we are just completely fucked.

relentless, great pace, and sounds phenomenal. there are genuine earworms in here to that instantly make it onto my playlist. Being a Dead Kennedys album, it also contains very relevant criticisms about society, particularly on Terminal Preppie, Halloween, Riot, and Bleed For Me. Most of these tracks here are awesome, but my personal favorites are Riot, Moon Over Marin, Terminal Preppie, and Halloween. I think anyone who likes punk should listen to this.

This album is so extreme. Insanely fast-paced, aggresive, political, disturbing in some moments and even mildly catchy at the same time. If RATM was a call for riot, this album is the riot itself.

Not only does the record sound amazing, but the satirical content remains relevant to this day. This band is sorta like the music equivalent of watching an episode of South Park, with controversial tracks such as "Kill the Poor" and "Holidays in Cambodia". But this album really works cuz it sounds so good and cuz of the dope personality and flavour that's brought to the table
