NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! how u gonna have an album that deconstructs the noisy post-hardcore sound of early 90s math rock this uniquely and effectively but make the guitar mixed like SHIT :(((((

what has steve albini done that isn't fucking incredible. Honestly.
Shellac are a math rock force to be reckoned with, and At Action Park is a math rock onslaught that match rock listeners must familiarize themselves with.

At Action Park is very impressive for being a 1994 math rock album. There are many post-hardcore elements here as well. While the math rock songwriting can be impressive, I think what's most notable is the tone of the instruments.
