I feel like this is the most overlooked record in the Uncle Tupelo catalog. It doesn't have the immediacy of the debut, the acoustic concept of the third, or the legacy of "Anodyne". But it has so much going for it. It has the first truly great Tweedy song, in "Gun". And two of the best Fararr cuts with "Still Be Around" and "True To Life".
