In a lot of ways this sounds like the best of music. Like if music was a science this would be the work of a genius combining all the great albums that came before it. Maybe not even the best of music, the best of soundwaves. The best a soundwave can sound to the human ear.

This is one of the most impressive pieces of music I have ever listened to. I have never heard anything quite like it. There was so much energy and vigor in every song, it really was magnificent.

I dont think that I have ever seen a band do a foray into so many different genres over the course of a single song (all of them) let alone a whole album. This band has tremendous upside and they are without a doubt master musicians and I absolutely am in awe of their accomplishment here.

This album might remind you of Queen but The Cardiacs do it so much above and beyond of what progressivism and maximalism can hold. Yes, it is a lot, but all the sonic clashes in the strangest and intriguing ways possible. I can't even begin to imagine the amount of genres and musical elements that this band managed to fit into each song.
