This project might grow to be one of my favorite albums. Being an album recommended to me by an IRL friend, I didn’t expect much from it, as I’ve learned that a lot of what people recommend me is pretty average music. On the contrary, this blew me away!

the record is amazing in my opinion contain very great passion and have a variety in the written songs it didn't get boring at all and it's better than their debut too they are proceeding well in their work.
My top 3 songs are:
1- Sorry
2- Amsterdam
3- Afterlife
Damn. This album is pretty nice.
It's catchy, hooky, well performed pop-rock with a slightly heavier edge and a outstanding vocalist, giving his all in nearly every track. It's trying to kick the door down, and at times it really destroys it. It's catchy, energetic, interesting and fun. And while that is all and good...that's just it. 'Broken Machine' is a catchy, fun album with many great moments.
Vocalist Conor Mason continues showing how versatile he is as a vocalist, which he established in their debut and Conor's unique vocal style is accompanied by slick, bombastic production throughout, although the record becomes a bit lackluster in the latter half.

'Nothing But Thieves' succeed in developing a sound of their own which they only hinted at in their debut, 'Broken Machine' is no groundbreaking record by any means, ... read more
