Some genuinely great funky tracks on here, but the record is just okay. It never really comes close to their classic disco era, and a lot of the material feels a bit restrained by comparison.
I listened to all chic albums from the 1980s back to back!
I give it the same score as Real People because there are some songs I like more but also more songs I care less about
Also not the random Chic album having 10 tracks
Less spectacular than their glorious, disco days, it enters the funky zone, using the wisdom of the experience instead of the euphoric excitement.
