How lamentable to hear these veterans trying to coordinate their huge experience and prove to themselves that they are still active, through an album of terrible covers.
A pairing I thought would be sweet but ended up sounding like putting pebbles in a bender
This is shit
The only reason I give this a 10 is that I was a big Santana fan back in the day, but this is a disastrous legacy for both Santana and the Isley Brothers. The Isley Brothers have never been the same since the split in the 80s and the aging Ron "Mr. Biggs" Isley has tried to remain relevant playing the part of a pimp, an abuser, a semi-rapper wannabe...etc. He keeps younger brother Ernie around so he can still bill himself as "The Isley Brothers" but everyone knows that the ... read more
