Sparse but inviting, “C’mon Miracle” sounds of its time but holds up as a lovely, pensive mid-2000s indie pop record. Mirah’s sweet melodies, soft-spoken voice, and acoustic guitar call to mind folk-pop contemporaries like Feist, but there’s an undercurrent of lo-fi experimentation that adds to the intrigue of “C’mon Miracle” — which makes perfect sense given Mirah’s stint in The Microphones.
