Despite some epic songs, Reservoir ultimately seeks for help in places it wants to be but can't for some reason, at the end of the album you ask yourself 'how did this really sound?' and often forget that second half altogether. 'Long Way' is a highlight though.

Gordi's debut album is a huge let-down, following her rather outstanding Clever Disguise EP. Conventional pop songs don't just become great when you add some distorted synths and autotune.

The overriding feeling of a Bon Iver-esque presence never left my side. Call me surprised when I saw S. Carey guests on "I'm Done." I think Gordi has potential but she seems too caught up in imitation. However, I think "Aeon" has some beautiful instrumentation.
