Another Art Blakey masterpiece! Much like my opinion on 'Moanin', 'Mosaic' just kept me excited for entire duration, the musicianship is incredible from everybody involved and Art really shows his prowess as both a composer and a drummer. The sounds are so soothing and intricate yet engaging, this line up of talented musicians are really something to behold and they come together to make one hell of a hard bop record. Truly something I'll be listening to for a while.
