from the emotionally piercing vocals, to the haunting lyrics of lost miserable love. this album truly kills my soul every-time i listen. although the instrumentals are usually stripped back to simple guitar, drums bass, violin. that's all it really needs. this album is a haunting story of toxic love, i love it.
This album is immediately cleaner and and a little less direct than the album before it, but with that comes positives and negatives. Although the record has a similar feeling in many ways, it incorporates far more musical elements throughout with the rest of the band backing, making this feel like a more complete album in comparison.
