Whereas the wraith-like Serpent Music was a portraiture of disparate moods, Experiencing the Deposit of Faith clarifies amid the blurring of sound and noise the place from which they resound: the liminal subject of baptism, the one who cries in the wilderness, between life and death.


This self-released compilation from Yves Tumor is more atmospheric than last year’s excellent Serpent Music. Its 12 sketches account for some of the prettiest songs Tumor has made.

La última compilación Yves Tumor se siente como un viaje melancólico hacia los distintos recuerdos del productor. Una ola del pasado destellada en un collage borroso y repetitivo, como un loop perdido en medio de la nada.
