GREAT!

Surprisingly solid . I get Samurai Champloo VIBES when I hear the project. This genuinely feels like classic Nujabes, if you're not familiar with him, he's like the granddaddy of chillhop/lofi hip hop. He's a legend.

But this can stand on its own, I can recommend this to anyone who is in the mood to kick back, relax and bump some atmospheric tunes.

Number 12:

There’s some really sweet moments on this (The beat from “Under,” The Beat from “Rolling Stone, hell any bit of production on this.) But a lot of this to me sounds exactly like Liquid Swords. Samurai movie sample and all. But what this lacks in “originality” it makes up for in that sweet, sweet production. Mmmmmm, so smooth.

Noveliss of Clear Soul Forces drops an EP which takes classic Nujabes instrumentals and he transforms them into a conceptual story about his late best friend. This EP is nothing short of phenomenal, I got invested in the story off of first listen. The Samurai Champloo references laced throughout the project are very wise and strengthen the EP as a whole. All I have to say is great job Noveliss. Thank you for doing Nujabes justice and thank you for making great music.
