The production here is ok, most of the instrumentals are very well layered and performed but a lot of tracks are lacking in instrumental dynamics

Some of the bridges and pre-chorus parts were interesting but the actual choruses really come short on creativity

The new vocals from Aaron Pauley are very good

The record as a whole is mainly channelling a relentless vibe of forceful angst driven energy which along with the bland choruses can feel repetitive

very good follow up from the disappointing cold world
This album was... Alright. Everything here was not too bad.
Pretty thoroughly enjoyable metal album. Was interested to hear this was the band’s first record after losing their front man, because the music seemed so seamless.
