Hardly a masterpiece, but well worth the wait, Relentless instantly confirmed Pentagram's position alongside Saint Vitus and Trouble in the American doom metal elite.
Fantastic doom metal record, great guitar work and vocals, good production and creative songwriting.
When it comes to the world of doom metal, you don’t get much more classic than this album. Lots of Sabbath influence and fucking awesome riffs. Rightfully hailed as one of the most iconic doom metal albums of all time.
A pretty nice album, never realized I already knew a bunch of the tracks on this album. I listened to it while I was stoned
This is what I really like when it comes to metal music. Just pure doomy goodness. The riffs, solos, vocals, are perfect. It's quite hard to describe the vibe this album gives.
Nothing Ground-breaking but to say its anything less than amazing would be an understatement
