The quintessential Shins album. A true indie pop gem filling the mind with sunshine and dreams of summer.

Notable Songs: "Caring Is Creepy"; "One By One All Day"; "Weird Divide"; "Girl Inform Me"; "New Slang"; "Girl On the Wing"; "The Past and Pending"

Beautiful and unorthodox, Oh, Inverted World provides a dreamy soundscape of indie greatness.

Es un gran álbum que funciona como debe funcionar. Las letras trabajadas rozan lo poético y a nivel musical tampoco palidece.

I seem to be in a minority that prefers "Chutes Too Narrow" to "Oh, Inverted World," but by all means this is a very nice little gem of an indie pop record. A lot of the songs here hold up as classics, and listening to the album is escapist in the best way possible -- lighthearted songs with very catchy melodies. As an entire album it does come off as a little slight compared to its follow-up, but most albums would.
