The Guardian

May Your Kindness Remain confirms Andrews’ rise. It’s a brilliant record, proof that old forms can still be timeless.

Paste

The Seattle singer spends much of May Your Kindness Remain exploring ideas of home and what it means to have roots, on 10 new tunes that are lusher and more expansive while leaving plenty of room to showcase her astonishing voice.

AllMusic

May Your Kindness Remain impacts with these evocative snapshots of the 99-percent, but it also does so with Andrews' rich voice and melodicism as well as a lingering sadness.

Spectrum Culture

With the artful blend of sounds into her country-based songwriting, she’s made a unique and valuable statement.

'May Your Kindness Remain' is a charming, above-average — though not flawless — album that may help listeners cope with pseudo-springtime lethargy. With my newfound appreciation of country music, this is one of the first (contemporary) albums I've truly fallen in love with. It feels conventional, but all the more genuine by it.
