I'm just so familiar with these songs from watching the original run of this show countless times, this is very comforting music and probably my favorite soundtrack.
Happened across the vinyl when I was browsing through the record shop today and I just had to pick it up. Twin Peaks is a fantastic series, and Angelo Badalamenti's beautiful and haunting score certainly played its part in its success. A soundtrack as powerful and memorable as the TV show it was made for. Badalamenti perfectly creates all the haunting and interesting music necessary for the small town of Twin Peaks to come alive
