Think we have to take Chris Martin's remark with a grain of salt. He even said it would've been their last album after A Head Full of Dreams was released and look what happened then. Ergo, 2025 would mark Coldplay's 25th Anniversary when their first album debuted.

There’s no way this is happening. Chris has stated this many times before, but then the band came back with new music. Unless he’s got a new band called Hotpause planning to release their debut in 2025?
