A group of highly infectious tracks, from a guy I've heard across Scott's records but never registered his name. His voice has come to be a texture of trap masterpieces I associate to Thugga and Scott. Don's voice really does well with the textures that producers such as Scott, Mike Dean and/or Kanye West create. Its actually stupid how textured his voice sounds and how it interacts with the beat selection here, colour me the fuck impressed, "looking like what the fuck"

It's brilliant but I've heard it all before. The only thing that makes this record identifiable in a line-up to me is it's gorgeous lyrical performance. Perhaps with a few more listens the words will sink in and the instrumentation will follow suit.

A BBNG subplot, with former and present members Matthew Tavares & Leland Whitty coming together to spin out a little odyssey of jazz. Not much else to be discussed, it is gorgeous whenever it feels like it, a must-hear for anyone with an affinity to full bodies of jazz.

This record took a while to get going, I'd say by track 7 things get lost in swirlings of jazz and systematic lyricism, less held to telling complete stories more interested in chasing the rhyme of its instrumentation. At its highest points Milo's ego gets swallowed up by the backpacking beat caught peddling along hills of stunning instrumentation painted by the hands of Kenny Segal good bless his touch, reaching out among the strung up basslines of "Mr Mike Parvizi" (how he fucked me ... read more

if you had to choose a live performance of a song that's better than the original studio recording, what would it be? it can either be something youve experienced yourself or something from an official live album (cough cough its for a list)

Supp! I'm doing a challenge at the moment, the "out of my comfort-zone challenge". This is a challenge where I need to listen projects, I normally wouldn't listen too. After some listen I need to state my opinions in a review. If you would suggest an album to me, it would be great! As long as they aren't metal, hip hop or rap!
