Have a Nice Life - Sea of Worry
Sep 17, 2019
Not surprised "Have a Nice Life" have decided to release this year, while their return is less lengthened than say "Daughters", it is a release that probably comes from the same reason, the post-punk//noise rock scene has been having a moment, I mean its really the only genre within rock worth talking about for the last 5 years, "Sea of Worry" will have stunning competition in the shape of The Murder Capital's "When I Have Fears" but just from listening to "Lords of Tresserhorn" it seems that Have a Nice Life have chosen the Noise Rock side of the coin as was suggested with their previous record(an album that has aged quite well having predicted/followed the rise of noise-rock and ambient) TUW seemed a record pushing towards the ambient/drone scene but still had the noise-rock core that has been the bands identity since the "Deathconsciousness" era,

If this record is as brilliant as the two singles suggest, it while make "Have a Nice Life" the biggest band in this movement of sound, finally "Have a Nice Life" is the biggest rock release of the year (secretly hope that means a european tour)
