i do think this is her weakest work but also definitely her most underrated album. the fact that her weakest album is an eighty six is insane. fiona apple is truly such a talented writer and vocalist

again her lyricism is incredible. how fiona apple manages to write about every emotion perfectly is beyond me. such an amazing album and i love how raw it is. i only took off points because i feel like her other work is better but overall i love this album

this album is so well produced and even though it doesn’t have insane vocals, the vocals match so well with the production. the writing is deadass so beautiful like it made me reflect on my own life. i’ll definitely be checking out more animal collective albums

how did her vocals get even better omg. i could listen to the instrumentals alone and still love this album and THE LYRICISM. it’s not even about having lyrics with insane metaphors but holy shit her lyrics make me wanna cry (and not in a bad way). i love this album definitely a contender for aoty

i had listened to kali uchis before, but for years this album had been on my list of things i have to listen to. i’m soso glad i finally did because woah kali’s vocals are so beautiful and there’s sm variety in genres in this album. i also love the lyricism, which is really important to me
