An artistic vision that is as pleasurable as aging fine wine for the ears; duly noted the album thematically proposes change. I'd consider Hunky Dory a near-perfect album thats vibin in its explosiveness and diversity, topped by the fascinating inner chaos and entertainment of Bowie's genius songwriting.

I'm not really sure I can sympathize wholeheartedly with the melancholic dive as others have noted.
The best way I could describe my experience listening to this album is that it was tranquilizing...for some reason.
Regardless of it's intensity, sometimes volatile, you miss it when it fades into silence.
