I couldn't even get past the third track. Also why do they think they carti 😭😭😭😭
yeah it's alright, kind of inferior to their preceding stuff, good nonetheless, i mean it's gy!be, you can expect some level of quality from these guys.
It's a little bit more than "3+5" for me maybe something like "3.5+5.5" would be a little more fitting but the album is good nonetheless.
It's my favorite song of the year so far. It's just too catchy.
And JESSICA PRATT my beloved.
No way, shit's gotta be some kind of social experiment. I mean how come we get Sky City with fucking ai vocals
edit: I listened, not gonna bother rating this, just know it's so bad my entire day is ruined. So long as this album exists I won't be able to close my eyes and sleep. I vow to make the destruction of this total trainwreck of an album my mission. MAY LORD KEEP ME IN HIS CARE. This shouldn't exist, I should have expected that, I can read ye like a book, but I still ... read more
The whole idea of an album being based on a play is fucking genius. It might be confusing at times, because the album does not follow the chronological order of the original 'Lulu', but they still manage to pull the whole narrative off in a very captivating and interesting way. Lou Reed was truly one of a kind. It's sad that it was his final album.
Edit: I might be a little biased since I'm a table.
I still can't believe that David Gilmour and Roger Waters settled their differences, reunited and brought Playboi Carti to the studio to create this generational masterpiece. Soon we will be learning about this in history books. Mark my words.
