I saw some people complaining about this being the #1 album of the year by critics earlier this year, but I feel like the critics having this as the highest rated black metal album of all time is a bigger problem, as Dark Funeral haven't done anything to change up their sound. They've been in the game for 30 years and are starting to turn into the AC DC of BM. What's even more funny is that this isn't even the best Dark Funeral album lol. they're called Grand Belial's Key. their album Judeobeast Assassionation was actually bolded before every single album of theirs got hit with the NSBM marker. but yeah just by the title alone it's kinda crazy it took them that long to do it

it is kinda annoying cuz you be missin' out on a few good albums because once they get the NBSM marker they will never show up on any type of chart

it is weird what makes RYM take away the comment boxes. La Peste just got hit with the NBSM displayer a few months ago, when it had been up and running for decades before that. guess they finally found the lyrics were nazi on that one

well, are there nazis in the band? like i don't care if there are it wouldn't diminish my enjoyment of the music, i'm just curious. Drudkh for example are in the same ukranian type of black metal scene and they don't have their comment boxes shut down. for the comment box to be shut down it was probably because the discussion was getting out of hand
