Didn't like this song on first listen, but really liked it on my second listen.
It's a simple piano ballad that has a very nice touch of songwriting sweetness. The way some bars just cut themselves short. This sounds like a higher pitched Billie Eilish song, and the emotion in the vocal performance is easy to feel. The message is a typical one of sad teenage love cut short, with an emphasis on the phrase "you said 'forever' now I drive alone past your street", but the production is crisp and the overall performance is clean.
