idk man a lot of this is great but so much is just not my thing, especially the songs with femtanyl and similar. nothing on this album is particularly bad but i think this could be so much better. some high points are copycats and both songs with quadeca (which happen to be the three highest rated ones here, not my intention). the feature list is like, the trans avengers so i'm happy they're getting more attention because they deserve it.
first half carries so hard second half is good but like not as good. a great curve is by far the best on the album
been trying to rate albums without looking at the rating first so that i'm not influenced at all by this. i did enjoy this a bit, it's good that it's a lot shorter than the last one and i do like the production a lot more. will say that i don't really like the lyrics that much, topics are waaaay overdone, like you're 35 pack it up. first song is good, last song could have been good but sabrina was like barely used as a feature, unfortunate.
one of my favorite ambient albums and amazing study music. one very specific compliment i have for this album is the song titles, they're so fitting and literally perfectly describe the feeling that i get when i listen to them. would highly recommend to anyone
pretty cool album! listened in my free period while not doing anything, very enjoyable. also, can someone explain how this is post-rock? like this is good...and not boring...yet it's still considered post-rock? maybe i misjudged the genre!
almost fell asleep during the second half. 5 pm btw! first half is pretty nice though
bad, middle track is obviously the best one but like, why listen to this when he has 12 better albums…
i listened to this when it came out, didn't think it was really worth reviewing at the time but i'm bored so...yeah he fell off so hard. i still remember when i was listening to this for the first time and i heard slide (which my friends were saying was the best song on the album) and thought it wasn't that good and i was like, oh my god this is going to be so bad. bomb actually killed me on first listen like what was he even doing?? yeah this blows
ok i'm gonna get hung for this but it's honestly sounds good just the lyrics man...like wow if i didn't speak english i might've enjoyed this :broken_heart:
i like the sound of this album, i was going to put it as a 65 but it feels wrong having this have to the same rating as the piper at the gates of dawn. nice sounds but it gets a little boring at times.
it's fine nothing really else to say, just sounds like the wall lmao. not sure why this exists but it's passable
somehow i'd never heard of sade in my life and i'm very happy that i have now because this album is crazy good. i've never listened to this genre before but what i got was fairly similar to what i was expecting, but much better than that. i would recommend this to anyone that likes good music because if you like bad music then you probably wouldn't like this since this isn't bad
some of this is nice but a lot is just boring, sounds like post rock which is already a genre i don't like. kind of just starts and then ends, not much in between. favorite is cymbaline and least favorite is a spanish piece, that one is horrible
a little overhated but the most mediocre pink floyd album ever (unless the four i haven't listened to are more mediocre, which honestly they probably are.) just not it, i can see the hate but it's not really that bad, but i will say those interludes are actually horrible
