When I first started getting into music, Ants from Up There became one of the first albums that influenced me to listen to non-mainstream music. song structures I was not familiar with, and longer song lengths that I wasn’t accustomed to. I feel their recent songs have far too many parts, which makes it hard to absorb the song as a whole piece.
My 2nd conor oberst project. I was blown away by bright eyes so much that I decided to give his solo work a chance, I am not disappointed. Conor has one of my favourite voices with him sounding like he is on the verge of crying constantly lol. This is my very first tyler the creator album and his talent cannot be dispited in my mind, and his passion for music is apparent. I think this show in the best song of the album St.Chroma where he akins his passion for making music to a light inside of himself that can not be snuffed out what a grat motivational song.
