Stage 1 of Everywhere at the end of time feels "normal" (in comparison to the rest of the album ofc). The effects are minimal, with the samples playing a heavy role in the serene and nostalgic sound of the album. However, with every track there is this disturbingly sinister undertone that can't help but get under my skin. One of the most iconic albums I've listened to. The velvet underground really did kick off a lot of the more experimental stuff within rock and I'm glad they did. Thank you velvet underground
It's a bit bland but overall acceptable power pop. Island in the sun is a classic tho.
